Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened or used.

However, returns or exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:

● The product received is damaged
● The product received is defective
● The wrong product was delivered

Reporting a Return

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us with:

● Order number
● Photos of the product and packaging
● Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will arrange either:

● A replacement product, or
● A refund to the original payment method

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
